Production Operator/Fork Truck Driver

Responsibilities

• Perform assembly, production, and repack services using hand tools, precision measuring equipment, and machinery
• Work from complex manufacturing documentation, verbal instructions, and specialized fixtures
• Conduct quality activities including self-inspection and troubleshooting to prevent scrap
• Update production records and test results accurately
• Communicate material discrepancies and technical problems to supervisors
• Maintain a clean, orderly work area and adhere to all PPE requirements
• Operate handheld technology and perform basic computer tasks

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of manufacturing experience at a single company
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Strong command of the English language (written and verbal)
• Proficiency in basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division)
• Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive duties
• Ability to lift 20-50 lbs on a daily basis
• Flexible availability, including willingness to work overtime as needed
