Production Operator (Flavors)

Responsibilities

• Package finished products while ensuring compliance with quality standards
• Prepare recipes based on established formulas
• Mix materials according to defined processes
• Handle, arrange, and store materials correctly
• Weigh liquid and powder ingredients
• Apply safety, hygiene, and food safety standards within the plant
• Record and control inventories using established systems
• Execute operational activities with availability for rotating shifts

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a production operator in an industrial environment
• Experience handling raw materials, including liquids
• Physical capacity for lifting and manual loading
• Basic knowledge of industrial safety and use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
• Basic knowledge of inventory and material control
• Basic knowledge of unit conversion skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with ERP systems (SAP)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
• Previous experience in the food or flavor industry
• Knowledge of food safety and quality protocols
• Experience operating a forklift
