Production Operator

Responsibilities

• Set up, adjust, repair, and operate a cell of multiple Blade Welder Assembly machines
• Load and unload coils and blades to maintain planned production rates
• Check product quality and record data, making necessary adjustments to tools and parts
• Maintain clean work areas and necessary production records
• Remove slugs and process scrap as required
• Provide temporary relief for other operator-adjusters

Requirements

• Hands-on experience in high-speed machine operation
• Ability to correctly read and interpret instruments and gages
• Proficiency in basic mathematics (addition, subtraction, division, and percentages)
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• High attention to detail and quality awareness
• Strong verbal and written communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Formal mechanical or technical training
• Experience working with lasers or laser equipment
