Production Operator

Responsibilities

• Perform formulation of products within a process environment, including weighing, measuring, and mixing raw materials
• Set up and control various processes such as blending, drying, bulk fermentation, extraction, and filtration
• Promote positive safety behaviors and ensure the use of proper personal protective equipment (PPE)
• Follow all DSM Life Saving Rules and SHE (Safety, Health, and Environment) standards
• Maintain a clean and safe work area, ensuring all equipment operates at the highest safety levels

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50lbs as needed throughout the shift
• Basic computer skills

Preferred Qualifications

• At least one year of experience in production or food service
