Production Operator

Responsibilities

• Handle raw materials by transporting them from storage to the dispensary, weighing them according to batch formulas, and adding them to mixers
• Load blenders, complete final packaging, and perform sampling per batch requirements
• Inspect both raw materials and finished goods to ensure quality standards
• Safely palletize and store raw materials and finished goods following the 4-eye principle guideline
• Monitor, report, and document equipment failures, exceptions, and deviations
• Take samples of raw materials and finished goods for quality and analytical testing
• Work unsupervised across various areas of the production process

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 55 lbs consistently throughout the shift
• Strong attention to detail and basic computer skills
• Ability to wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), including a respirator, consistently
• Compliance with FDA safety requirements: no facial hair or artificial nails allowed

Preferred Qualifications

• At least one year of prior manufacturing experience

Benefits

• Base hourly pay of $21.00 per hour plus a $0.50/hr shift differential for the 2nd shift
• Monday - Friday schedule (2:00 PM - 10:30 PM EST)
