Production Operator

Responsibilities

• Produce various food ingredients by following standardized formulas for weighing, measuring, and mixing raw materials
• Set up and control production processes including blending, drying, and filtration
• Operate process and utility equipment in a hygienic and safe manner following cGMP, HACCP, and SHE guidelines
• Set up, calibrate, and monitor instruments such as pH meters, thermometers, and metal detection devices
• Perform equipment teardown, cleaning, and reassembly of pumps, mills, grinders, and valves
• Identify and troubleshoot deviations in process, product, or equipment performance
• Document all production steps and records accurately to ensure compliance

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds as needed throughout the shift
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) including hard hats, eye protection, and respirators
• Ability to work 1st shift (Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM)

Preferred Qualifications

• At least one year of experience in production or food service environments
