Production Operator

Responsibilities

• Produce various food ingredients by following standardized formulas for weighing, measuring, and mixing raw materials
• Load and unload materials and package finished products
• Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment
• Clean machines and facilities to maintain a sanitary environment
• Assess raw materials for conformance and consistency
• Play a critical role in food defense and food safety by alerting management to any concerns

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to repetitively lift 50 to 80 pounds (bags, boxes, and six-gallon buckets)
• Ability to climb stairs to access production machinery
• Ability to wear required PPE, including hard hats, eye protection, and respirators

Preferred Qualifications

• At least one year of production or food service experience
