Production Operator

Responsibilities

• Execute manufacturing processes within the production line
• Maintain a strong focus on personal safety and operational safety protocols
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
• Collaborate with the production team to meet manufacturing goals
• Adhere to company ethical standards and operational procedures

Requirements

• Minimum of a secondary school education (Secundaria)
• At least 3 months of experience working in a maquiladora environment
• Availability to rotate between shifts as required by the company
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Commitment to safety and ethical behavior
• Clean drug and alcohol testing record

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in compressor manufacturing
