Production Operator

Responsibilities

• Execute manufacturing processes within the production line
• Maintain high standards of personal and operational safety during all tasks
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
• Collaborate with the production team to meet manufacturing goals
• Adhere to company ethical standards and operational procedures

Requirements

• Minimum education: Secundaria (Middle School)
• At least 3 months of experience working in a maquiladora environment
• Availability to rotate between shifts as required by the company
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Demonstrated commitment to safety and personal security
• Clean record regarding drug and alcohol use in previous employment

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in compressor manufacturing
