Production Operator

Responsibilities

• Execute production tasks within the manufacturing facility
• Maintain strong communication with team members and supervisors
• Adhere to all company safety protocols and personal safety standards
• Demonstrate ethical behavior and professional conduct within the company
• Work effectively within a team environment to meet production goals

Requirements

• Minimum of a secondary school education (Secundaria)
• Availability to rotate between shifts as required by the company
• At least 3 months of experience working in a maquiladora environment
• Strong teamwork and interpersonal communication skills
• High level of safety awareness and commitment to operational safety
• Clean record regarding drug and alcohol use in previous employment

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in compressor manufacturing
