Production Operator

Responsibilities

• Execute manufacturing processes within the production line
• Maintain high standards of personal and operational safety
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
• Adhere to ethical behavior and company standards during all shifts
• Collaborate with the production team to meet manufacturing goals

Requirements

• Minimum of a secondary school education (Secundaria)
• At least 3 months of experience working in a maquiladora environment
• Availability to rotate between shifts as required by the company
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Demonstrated commitment to safety and personal security during operations
• Clean drug and alcohol record

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in compressor manufacturing
