Production Operator - Control Room

Responsibilities

• Set up, adjust, monitor, operate, and clean automatic and semi-automatic equipment
• Monitor raw materials and finished goods to ensure quality standards are met
• Maintain production records, equipment logs, and report breakdowns in a timely manner
• Safely operate heavy machinery, including forklifts and pallet jacks
• Collaborate with other departments to complete production orders on schedule
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment daily
• Monitor and replenish inventory of parts and supplies

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must be legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship

Preferred Qualifications

• One or more years of experience in a manufacturing or distribution facility
• Experience monitoring gauges, dials, or other machinery indicators
• Experience operating industrial machinery or packaging equipment (robotics, fillers, etc.)
• Experience using material handling equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, or order pickers
• Experience mixing or blending raw materials in an industrial batch process
