Production Operator

Responsibilities

• Operate production equipment and adhere to established quality procedures
• Use measuring equipment such as micrometers and calipers to ensure specifications are met
• Record and maintain accurate production data in accordance with quality policies
• Identify and solve production problems to improve process and product flow
• Assist in the maintenance of tooling and equipment
• Adhere to all safety policies and procedures to maintain a safe work environment
• Participate in team meetings and collaborate effectively with team members

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Ability to lift between 25 and 50 lbs
• Willingness to work a 12-hour rotating schedule (including every other weekend)
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in manufacturing or a mechanically related field
• Demonstrated longevity with previous employers
