Production Operator

Responsibilities

• Function as an active team member on the production line to maintain quality specifications
• Input manufacturing data and follow work instructions accurately
• Operate various equipment and machinery according to department specifications
• Meet production schedules and verify materials as needed
• Troubleshoot and report production issues as they arise
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment following housekeeping practices
• Stand for long periods and perform physical tasks including reaching, bending, pushing, and pulling
• Frequently lift up to 50 pounds when necessary

Requirements

• Ability to work 12-hour shifts (night shift openings available)
• Ability to work overtime, weekends, and holidays
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• English reading, writing, and comprehension skills
• Ability to operate a forklift or learn to operate one proficiently
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
• Ability to work in a manufacturing industrial environment wearing required PPE
