Production Operator

Responsibilities

• Support semi-automated machining and manufacturing equipment using entry-level skills
• Read specifications and use hand tools, tape measures, and gauging devices to monitor product quality
• Follow all plant safety, environmental, and general policies to maintain a neat and orderly workspace
• Utilize problem-solving skills to address machine cycle issues
• Review daily production schedules to ensure knowledge of requirements and verify correct materials/parts are selected

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old
• 2+ years of manufacturing experience
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs frequently
• Ability to work various shifts, including 1st, 2nd, 3rd, or 12-hour shifts
• Proficiency in reading, speaking, and writing English
• Must be authorized to work in the US without restriction
