Production Operator - Compounding

Responsibilities

• Compound all batches filled on site following Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP), standard operating procedures, and health and safety regulations
• Adhere to stringent documentation procedures to ensure accuracy, retrieval, and a clear audit trail
• Dispense raw materials in accordance with approved operating procedures
• Perform activities associated with batch manufacture, including CIP/SIP, to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness in compounding and dispensary areas
• Support the Packaging Department in Casla as required

Requirements

• Minimum of a Leaving Certificate
• 1-2 years of experience within a pharmaceutical or medical device company, preferably in a compounding or dispensing area
• Proven experience working to GMP regulations
• Experience with gowning for a Grade C environment or equivalent
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes within a pharmaceutical or medical device environment
• Ability to meet physical demands including manual handling, lifting, carrying, and standing for extended periods
