Production Operator - Cleanroom

Responsibilities

• Participate in vial and syringe filling processes according to the production schedule
• Perform jet printing activities when not involved in filling operations
• Clean the filling room as required at the end of filling cycles
• Comply with all Quality Systems, GMP, Health & Safety, and Environmental standards
• Maintain flexibility to support the department and the Packaging Department in Casla when required

Requirements

• Minimum of a Leaving Certificate
• 0-1 year of experience within a pharmaceutical or medical device company, preferably in a cleanroom environment
• Proven experience working according to GMP regulations
• Experience with gowning procedures for a Grade C environment or equivalent
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes within a pharmaceutical or medical device setting
• Ability to meet physical demands including manual handling, lifting, carrying, climbing, and standing for extended periods
