About the role
Responsibilities
- Own the safe and efficient operation of reactor systems and supporting equipment
- Operate automated production equipment and monitor process performance
- Complete routine inspections and maintenance tasks
- Accurately document production activities and identify process deviations
- Contribute to continuous improvement and operational excellence across the site
Requirements
- Experience as a production or manufacturing operator
- Ability to work scheduled weekend night shifts (6:00 PM – 6:00 AM)
- Physical ability to perform tasks including bending and lifting up to 50 lbs
- Willingness to develop a working knowledge of process chemistry
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with automated production equipment
- Forklift experience
