Production Operator

Responsibilities

• Safely mix, blend, and manufacture liquid and dry chemical products using process equipment
• Load and unload trucks, tankers, and railcars, including maneuvering transfer hoses and inspecting equipment
• Operate forklifts and other industrial lift trucks to transport raw materials and finished products
• Repackage products into cylinders, drums, totes, and pails with accurate labeling and storage
• Maintain precise inventory records and assist with physical inventory counts
• Perform general warehouse maintenance, including cleaning and immediate spill response
• Monitor process data and testing techniques to ensure final products meet specifications

Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, or US military experience
• Ability to obtain and maintain Forklift Operator certification
• Ability to lift and carry heavy materials, including bags, pails, and pallets
• Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division)
• Ability to read, comprehend, and follow detailed instructions in English
• Ability to stand and walk for long periods (up to 95% of the day) and climb ladders/stairs
• Availability to work various shifts, including overtime or weekends as needed
