Production Operator

Responsibilities

• Operate machinery to manufacture steel products in a continuous production environment
• Safely pack and strap steel products for distribution
• Perform routine machinery maintenance and cleaning tasks
• Utilize overhead gantry cranes and forklifts to move materials
• Monitor product quality and contribute to a safe working environment for the entire team

Requirements

• A strong commitment to personal and team safety
• A positive attitude and a willingness to learn new manufacturing skills
• Ability to work effectively within a collaborative team environment
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Reliability and good time management values
• Ability to work rotating shifts (initially dayshift and afternoon shifts)
