Production Operator - Blender

Responsibilities

• Prepare customer orders by blending, adjusting, filling, and labeling batches
• Operate tinting, mixing, and material handling equipment safely and efficiently
• Make shade and gloss adjustments to meet specific customer requirements
• Perform inventory controls and maintain high quality standards
• Maintain production records, reporting, and documentation of formulas
• Keep tools, equipment, and the work environment clean and organized daily
• Ensure compliance with all safety, loss prevention, and security policies

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Legal authorization to work in the US without sponsorship
• Ability to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in English
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 100 lbs occasionally

Preferred Qualifications

• One or more years of experience mixing or blending raw materials in an industrial batch process
• Experience operating material handling equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, or order pickers
• Experience monitoring gauges, dials, or machinery indicators
• Experience monitoring the quality of raw materials and finished goods
• Prior experience operating tinting or color matching equipment in a manufacturing environment
