Production Operator

Responsibilities

• Perform directed activities in the Formulation department to assist in the manufacture of Core, Hematology, and Diabetes product pools and intermediates
• Prepare for production by reviewing schedules and assembling necessary equipment and supplies
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment in compliance with current good manufacturing practices (cGMP) and standard operating procedures
• Document production activities by accurately completing forms, reports, logs, and batch records
• Operate and perform basic maintenance on laboratory and production instruments
• Assist with troubleshooting equipment or reagent issues and support routine preventive maintenance

Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
• 3+ years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Ability to operate lab and test equipment
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including overtime and weekends as needed
• Strong attention to detail and a quality-minded approach

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience operating manual, semi-automatic, and automatic production machinery
• Previous experience working in a laboratory or manufacturing environment
