Production Operator

Responsibilities

• Perform pre-batching, blending, and mixing of raw materials according to approved batch slips
• Conduct pre-batch inspections and monitor batches for correct grind, mix, and consistency
• Operate production equipment including mixers, pumps, scales, and forklifts
• Use measuring and weighing devices to ensure precise material quantities
• Clean mixers, pumps, hoses, tanks, and other machinery following cleaning procedures
• Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping standards in the work area
• Comply with Integrated Management System (IMS) policies, EHS, and Energy Operational controls

Requirements

• High School, ITI, Diploma (Mechanical or Chemical preferred), or UG degree
• 1-3 years of experience in manufacturing or production (coatings, paints, or chemicals preferred)
• Experience in manual operations such as drum handling, liquid transfer, and powder weighing
• Knowledge of safe handling of raw materials and chemicals
• Physical and mental fitness for manufacturing tasks
• Strong focus on safety, quality, and housekeeping
