Production Operator

Responsibilities

• Perform pre-batching, blending, and mixing of raw materials according to approved batch slips and processing instructions.
• Conduct pre-batch inspections and monitor batches to ensure correct grind, mix, and consistency.
• Accurately incorporate raw materials using appropriate measuring and weighing devices.
• Operate production equipment including mixers, pumps, scales, and material handling tools safely.
• Execute cleaning procedures for mixers, pumps, hoses, and tanks to maintain equipment standards.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment through regular housekeeping activities.
• Comply with all safety, quality, environmental, and Integrated Management System (IMS) policies.

Requirements

• High School, ITI, or Diploma (Mechanical, Chemical, or related field preferred).
• 1-3 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment, ideally in coatings, paints, or chemicals.
• Experience in manual operations such as drum handling, liquid transfer, and manual chemical weighing.
• Knowledge of safe handling procedures for raw materials and chemicals.
• Physical and mental fitness to perform manufacturing tasks.
• Strong focus on safety, quality, and housekeeping.
• Ability to work effectively as a team player with good communication skills.
