Production Operator

Responsibilities

• Produce quality Posiflush syringes at set production rates
• Monitor operations for product quality and equipment performance
• Make necessary equipment adjustments to maintain process quality and productivity
• Perform or assist with product and equipment changeovers
• Maintain clean machinery, work areas, and floors in compliance with GMP requirements
• Perform quality inspections, process tests, and accurately record data
• Work collaboratively with team members to develop optimal task methods
• Assist technicians with equipment repair or troubleshooting as needed

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED preferred (two years of manufacturing experience required in lieu of a diploma)
• Ability to read, write, and converse in English and/or Spanish
• Proficiency in maintaining detailed documentation and communication
• Strong teamwork and organizational skills
• Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance
