Production Operator

Responsibilities

• Operate production equipment and ensure the supply of raw materials
• Perform quality controls and product reconciliation to ensure compliance with established procedures
• Organize work to meet production line performance objectives
• Resolve minor machine issues and escalate complex problems to the supervisor
• Maintain strict adherence to quality systems and health and safety regulations
• Participate in assembly and packaging activities within a controlled cleanroom environment

Requirements

• Fluency in French (both oral and written)
• Ability to stand for extended periods and occasionally lift loads of approximately 15kg
• Basic computer skills (MS Office, Outlook)
• Ability to follow detailed and rigorous work methods
• Capacity to maintain high pace, precision, and quality

Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma
• Previous experience in a manufacturing environment
• Knowledge of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), ISO 9001, ISO 13485, or ISO 14001
• Familiarity with Quality System Regulation (QSR)
