About the role
Responsibilities
- Produce quality Posiflush syringes at the established goal rate for each line
- Monitor operations continually for product quality and equipment performance
- Perform quality inspections, process tests, and record data accurately
- Make necessary equipment adjustments to maintain process quality and productivity
- Assist with product or equipment changeovers and troubleshooting
- Maintain a neat and orderly work area in compliance with GMP requirements
- Ensure compliance with all BD quality systems, safety regulations, and best practices
Requirements
- High School diploma or GED preferred
- Two years of manufacturing experience required in lieu of a High School diploma/GED
- Proficiency in maintaining detailed documentation and communication
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
- Basic organizational skills
