Responsibilities

• Operate production machinery and equipment safely while ensuring consistent output
• Assemble battery systems and sub-assemblies following Bills of Materials (BOMs) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
• Perform visual inspections of parts and finished units to identify defects
• Load and unload materials and assist with kitting job kits
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation in accordance with 5S standards
• Identify opportunities to improve assembly processes

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Ability to stand or walk for the duration of a shift
• Ability to lift 50–70 lbs
• Comfort performing repetitive physical tasks such as stooping, reaching, squatting, kneeling, and crouching
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions in English with precision
• Reliability and punctuality

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in manufacturing, assembly, construction, or a warehouse environment
• Experience using hand and power tools
