Production Operator

Responsibilities

• Operate production equipment and machinery
• Perform operational adjustments and interventions as required
• Monitor the production process to identify and correct failures
• Conduct quality tests and follow operational TPM checklists
• Maximize equipment performance
• Comply with all safety, quality, and production targets

Requirements

• Completed High School education (Ensino médio completo)

Preferred Qualifications

• Technical course certification (Curso técnico)
• Previous experience in an industrial environment
