Production Operator

Responsibilities

• Operate production equipment using specific control panels to maximize productivity
• Perform routine checks and operational checklists to detect equipment anomalies
• Identify equipment failures and perform operational adjustments to maintain company standards
• Execute quality inspection routines and record results in the computerized system
• Evaluate product quality, focusing on color, creases, dents, and other customer standards
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace following 5S tools and good manufacturing practices
• Comply with all safety, occupational health, and environmental regulations and procedures

Requirements

• Completed high school education (Ensino médio completo)
• Previous experience in manufacturing routines (Vivências em rotinas de fabricação)
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Pacote Office)

Preferred Qualifications

• Technical or vocational training course
