Production Operator

Responsibilities

• Operate production equipment and machinery
• Perform necessary equipment adjustments and operational interventions
• Monitor the production process to identify needs and correct identified failures
• Conduct quality tests to ensure product compliance
• Complete operational TPM checklists
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and production goals

Requirements

• High school diploma (Ensino médio completo)
• Availability to work onsite in Águas Claras, Viamão/RS
• Ability to work on a 4x4 shift schedule (4 days on, 4 days off)
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts (7h-19h or 19h-7h)

Preferred Qualifications

• Technical course certification
• Previous experience working in an industrial environment
