Production Operator B

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment within assigned sectors to ensure process stability.
• Supply raw materials and chemical products to maintain normal operational flow.
• Execute operational maneuvers on valves and transport lines.
• Handle, identify, and allocate materials throughout all production phases.
• Load and unload intermediate equipment such as mills, sieves, and filters.
• Pack finished products and assemble packaging.
• Monitor process parameters, perform intermediate analyses, and adjust dosages or equipment as directed.
• Record production information in both digital systems and manual controls.
• Perform cleaning of areas and equipment in compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
• Adhere to all safety standards and correctly utilize Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
• Support the development of production assistants in their daily activities.

Requirements

• High school diploma preferred.
• Proven experience in industrial production activities.
• Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
• Ability to operate manufacturing equipment and handle industrial materials.
• Strong organizational skills, teamwork, and attention to detail.
