Production Operator

Responsibilities

• Follow quality, environmental, and occupational health and safety standards
• Comply with control measures described in the IPER (hazard identification) and environmental aspect matrices
• Identify and select non-conforming products from operational stock
• Perform stripping of units returning from routes
• Register product shrinkage occurring within the warehouse
• Transfer damaged or expired products to the designated change zone
• Manage lot control and entry dates to ensure proper product rotation
• Maintain products in clean and good condition
• Ensure order and cleanliness within the assigned work area

Requirements

• Minimum of 6 months of experience in a similar role within an industrial plant
• Experience in operational or plant-related work
• High school diploma (completed secondary education)
• Availability to work rotating shifts (07:00 AM - 03:00 PM, 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM, and 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM)
• Availability for a 6x1 work schedule with rotating days off
