About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide necessary supplies to Production Machine Operators to ensure efficient work schedules
- Assist Machine Operators during the production process to meet established operational timelines
- Participate in scheduled company meetings to support organizational objectives
- Execute tasks in compliance with Integrated Management System (SIG) standards to minimize quality, environmental, safety, health, and food safety risks
- Actively participate in continuous improvement programs to foster a culture of process excellence
- Provide support for additional functions as delegated by the direct supervisor
Requirements
- High school diploma (Estudios Secundarios Completos)
- At least 3 months of experience in warehouse, production, or operations
- Availability to work 8-hour rotating shifts (weekly rotation between morning, afternoon, and overnight shifts)
