About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide necessary supplies to Production Machine Operators to ensure efficient work schedules
- Assist Machine Operators during the production process to meet established operational timelines
- Attend scheduled company meetings to participate in programs and support company objectives
- Execute compliance with Integrated Management System (SIG) standards to minimize quality, environmental, safety, health, and food safety risks
- Actively participate in continuous improvement programs to foster a culture of process excellence
- Provide support for additional functions as delegated by the direct supervisor
Requirements
- Completed high school education (Estudios Secundarios Completos)
- Minimum of 3 months of experience in warehouse, production, or operations
- Availability to work 8-hour rotating shifts (morning, afternoon, and night/overnight) on a weekly basis
