Production Operator

Responsibilities

• Follow quality, environmental, safety, and occupational health standards
• Comply with control measures described in the IPER (hazard identification) and environmental aspect matrices
• Identify and select non-conforming products from operational stock
• Perform stripping of units arriving from routes
• Record product shrinkage/waste occurring in the warehouse
• Transfer wasted products to the designated change zone
• Manage lot and/or entry date control to ensure proper product rotation
• Maintain products in clean and good condition
• Maintain order and cleanliness in the assigned production area

Requirements

• High school diploma certificate (Secundaria Completa)
• Experience in operational, plant, or related roles
• Preferably 6 months of experience in continuous process plants
• Availability to work rotating shifts (07:00 AM - 03:00 PM | 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM | 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM)
• Availability for a 6x1 schedule with one rotating day off
