About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide production machinery operators with the necessary supplies to meet work schedules efficiently
- Assist production operators during the manufacturing process to ensure operational timelines are met
- Execute activities in compliance with Integrated Management System (SIG) standards to minimize quality, environmental, safety, and food safety risks
- Participate in continuous improvement programs to foster a culture of process excellence
- Attend scheduled company meetings to support organizational objectives
- Provide support for additional functions as delegated by the direct supervisor
Requirements
- High school diploma (must possess a certificate of completed secondary studies)
- At least 3 months of experience in warehouse, production, or operations roles
- Availability to work 8-hour rotating shifts, including morning (07:00 AM – 03:00 PM), afternoon (03:00 PM – 11:00 PM), and overnight (11:00 PM – 07:00 AM) shifts on a weekly rotation
