Production Operator

Responsibilities

• Execute daily production tasks within the spiral production line
• Participate actively in daily board meetings (tavlemøder)
• Work according to 5S and LEAN methodologies to ensure efficiency
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the production process
• Maintain a high level of quality and structure in all assigned tasks

Requirements

• Proven experience in industrial production
• Strong technical understanding
• Basic IT skills at a user level
• Proficiency in Danish (ability to read and understand)
• Interest in or experience with LEAN and 5S principles
• Reliable, responsible, and able to work in a structured manner

Preferred Qualifications

• Possession of an epoxy certificate (epoxybevis)
