Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production machinery to ensure the efficient processing of fresh potato products
• Maintain strict adherence to all safety, hygiene, and quality standards
• Conduct quality inspections of products to ensure freshness and compliance
• Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of production equipment
• Accurately record production data and report issues to supervisors
• Collaborate effectively within the team to meet production targets

Requirements

• Prior experience in a production or manufacturing environment, ideally in food
• High attention to detail regarding product quality and safety
• Good communication skills for teamwork
• Basic mechanical aptitude
• Ability to work backshift hours (Mon-Thu 5PM-1AM, Sun 9AM-5PM)
• Capability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
