Production Operator

Responsibilities

• Operate and oversee production machinery to ensure efficient processing of potato products
• Ensure all safety and quality standards are followed to create a safe working environment
• Inspect and verify the quality of products before packaging
• Carry out routine maintenance and cleaning of production equipment
• Document production metrics accurately and report discrepancies to the shift supervisor
• Work collaboratively with team members to facilitate smooth operations
• Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities

Requirements

• Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment preferred
• Experience within the food sector is an advantage
• Excellent attention to detail
• Effective communication skills
• Basic mechanical skills
• Ability to work a full-time day shift schedule
• Adaptability to a fast-paced environment
