Production Operator

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production machinery to ensure efficient and effective processing of potato products
• Follow all safety and quality standards to maintain a safe working environment
• Inspect finished products for quality and adherence to specifications
• Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of machines
• Document production metrics and report issues to the shift supervisor
• Collaborate with team members to maintain a smooth workflow
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations

Requirements

• Previous experience in production or manufacturing, ideally in the food industry
• Strong attention to detail
• Good communication skills
• Basic mechanical skills for routine equipment maintenance
• Flexibility to work various shifts including backshifts, evenings, and weekends
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes
