Production Operator

Responsibilities

• Participate in industrial manufacturing processes for aeronautical structural components using composite materials.
• Perform manual and precise placement of composite material layers in molds following technical instructions.
• Handle and prepare aeronautical parts and materials.
• Use manual and/or electric tools (sanders, riveters, drills, etc.) for assembly and finishing.
• Conduct quality verification during the production process.
• Strictly comply with work procedures, quality standards, and safety regulations.

Requirements

• Intermediate vocational training (equivalent to Ciclo Formativo de Grado Medio) in industrial, mechanical, or similar fields.
• Previous experience in industrial environments (production, assembly, or maintenance) is preferred.
• High level of manual dexterity and strong attention to detail.
• Ability to follow standardized work procedures.
• Availability to work in shifts (morning, afternoon, and night).
• Strong attitude, adaptability, and commitment.
