Production Operator 1

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate machinery to assemble and process individual products
• Conduct regular quality checks to ensure product integrity and adherence to standards
• Monitor output quality to identify and address faulty products
• Maintain accurate daily production records and documentation
• Utilize basic computer skills to access digital work instructions and report data
• Adhere to all established personal safety, security, and environmental practices

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Basic computer skills for documentation and reporting
• Strong reliability, detail orientation, and effective communication skills
• Ability to perform physical and cognitive job requirements associated with production and assembly

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in a highly regulated industry
• Experience using a microscope
