Production Operations Specialist

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement manufacturing processes for the Apache AH-64 aircraft
• Provide concurrent engineering support and resolve production problems of limited scope
• Review and approve technical documents and translate data into actionable implementation plans
• Analyze charging trends and develop projected manpower forecasts
• Assist with the preparation and justification for major capital expenditures and equipment implementation
• Lead projects and participate in technical research on proposed projects
• Serve as the primary interface with internal customers and provide management status reports

Requirements

• 3 or more years of experience working in or supporting a manufacturing environment
• 3 or more years of experience in aircraft manufacturing, specifically with assembly processes and procedures
• 3 or more years of experience reading and interpreting drawings or blueprints
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Must be a "US Person" as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 (US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee)
• Willingness to work variable shifts (first or second shift) and work 100% onsite in Mesa, AZ

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree
• Experience developing root cause corrective actions
