Production Operations Specialist

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain manufacturing processes for electro-mechanical and PCB assemblies
• Monitor production progress and provide status updates on issue resolution and support needs
• Investigate product defects and production inefficiencies to develop mitigation solutions
• Conduct staffing and cost analyses to optimize production efficiency
• Coordinate and prepare justifications for major capital expenditures and equipment implementation
• Establish and maintain production schedules and represent manufacturing on production-related issues

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment
• 3+ years of experience in electronics, electro-mechanical, and printed circuit board (PCB) assemblies
• 1+ year of experience in team leadership
• 1+ year of experience using Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES)
• U.S. Citizenship required
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Top Secret Security Clearance

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher
• Experience in the aerospace industry
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Experience with data aggregation and visualization tools such as SQL or PowerBI
