Production Operations Management Trainee

Responsibilities

• Support new product development processes by providing technical manufacturing support
• Assist in production line layout design, equipment selection, and debugging
• Output and implement manufacturing standard documents including FMEA, CP, PQI, and DC
• Lead or participate in production process optimization and quality reliability projects using Bosch Production System (BPS) methodologies
• Propose process improvement solutions to reduce waste, defects, and costs
• Maintain and update manufacturing standards and process documents for safety, quality, cost, and delivery
• Respond to and troubleshoot manufacturing process failures and anomalies on-site

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above (Master's preferred) in Mechanical Design, Automation, Industrial Engineering (IE), or related engineering fields
• Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of relevant experience
• Proficiency in CAD, Solidworks, Cero, or Plant & Process Simulation software
• Experience with digital tools like Power BI or Power Apps is preferred
• Proficiency in Python for basic programming and data processing
• Fluent in both spoken and written Chinese and English
• Strong self-learning ability and teamwork skills
