Production Operations Coordinator II

Responsibilities

• Lead daily team meetings to communicate goals, priorities, and safety reminders
• Coordinate work schedules and allocate resources to meet production targets
• Monitor team performance and provide coaching, feedback, and training
• Ensure compliance with GMP, ISO standards, and company policies
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean principles to reduce waste
• Support root cause analysis for quality or process deviations
• Maintain accurate documentation of production activities and quality checks
• Collaborate with supervisors and other departments to resolve production issues

Requirements

• 7+ years of assembly experience with proven leadership in complex operations
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of Lean principles and continuous improvement methodologies
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve production issues effectively
• Proficiency in scheduling and resource planning tools
