Production Officer

Responsibilities

• Supervise production processes in assigned zones, including dispensing, manufacturing, and packaging, to ensure safe and efficient output.
• Confirm daily operational setups for man, machine, material, and methods to ensure compliance with SOPs and GMP/EHS standards.
• Manage real-time batch documentation, reconciliation, and associated GMP documents in accordance with data integrity principles.
• Lead people management and performance monitoring within the assigned work centers, maintaining a strong presence on the production floor.
• Conduct equipment and area GMP cleaning inspections to maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness.
• Perform dispensing of raw materials in dedicated booths and manage the receiving and issuance of operations.
• Identify and report quality or safety deviations, incidents, and risks, conducting root cause analysis and implementing CAPAs.
• Execute timely d-MERP/SAP transactions and maintain accurate Production Master Data.

Requirements

• Pharm-D, B-Pharm, or a graduate degree in a scientific discipline (e.g., BSc in Chemistry).
• Approximately 1 year of experience in the Pharmaceutical or FMCG industry.
• Strong knowledge of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) and EHS (Environment, Health, and Safety) standards.
• Proficiency with SAP or d-MERP systems.
