About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage product forecasts, line scheduling, capacity allocation, and material availability to ensure successful program delivery.
- Publish build plans by partnering with Industrial Engineers on production capability and constraints.
- Manage factory capacity, inventory status, and long-term forecasting in collaboration with Program Managers.
- Oversee order management, including production shipments to distribution centers and tracking material arrivals.
- Support operations through build time scheduling, bi-weekly planning meetings, and staffing/shift modeling.
- Facilitate transitions from R&D to Production, including S4 setup and product costing.
- Report on key metrics such as Weeks of Supply (WOS), financial scrap, and upcoming component changes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Supply Chain and Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in planning, scheduling, or a related manufacturing function.
- Proficiency in SAP for production control, shipping, and inventory transactions.
- Proven experience with complex planning and forecasting processes.
- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in a relevant field.
- Experience using specialized software packages to create, manage, and track complex projects.
- Demonstrated business acumen and experience managing matrixed teams and stakeholders.
