About the role

Responsibilities

  • Publish build plans by partnering with Industrial Engineers on production capability and constraints
  • Manage monthly production and R&D demand forecasts, factory capacity, and inventory levels
  • Oversee order management, including production shipments to distribution centers and material arrival tracking
  • Support operations by leading bi-weekly planning meetings and assisting with staffing/shift modeling
  • Manage the transition from R&D to Production, including S4 setup and product costing
  • Report on key metrics such as Weeks of Supply (WOS), financial scrap, and component changes

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Supply Chain and Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
  • 2-3 years of experience in planning, scheduling, or a related manufacturing function
  • Proficiency in SAP for production control, shipping, and inventory transactions
  • Experience with complex planning and forecasting processes
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree in a relevant field
  • Experience using specialized software packages to create, manage, and track projects
  • Demonstrated experience managing stakeholders and directing matrixed teams
