About the role
Responsibilities
- Publish build plans by partnering with Industrial Engineers on production capability and constraints
- Manage monthly production and R&D demand forecasts, factory capacity, and inventory levels
- Oversee order management, including production shipments to distribution centers and material arrival tracking
- Support operations by leading bi-weekly planning meetings and assisting with staffing/shift modeling
- Manage the transition from R&D to Production, including S4 setup and product costing
- Report on key metrics such as Weeks of Supply (WOS), financial scrap, and component changes
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Supply Chain and Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
- 2-3 years of experience in planning, scheduling, or a related manufacturing function
- Proficiency in SAP for production control, shipping, and inventory transactions
- Experience with complex planning and forecasting processes
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in a relevant field
- Experience using specialized software packages to create, manage, and track projects
- Demonstrated experience managing stakeholders and directing matrixed teams
